These are the Terms of Use that govern every page on this site. The rankings you read are built exclusively from each vendor’s published documentation and scored against a public four-axis rubric that measures pricing transparency, content-resolution limits, memory quotas, and billing behavior. Nothing is estimated or hands-on tested.

One detail most visitors miss: the published quotas often change without notice, yet the legal language in the terms almost never reflects those updates. That gap is why the scores here can shift month to month even when the vendor’s marketing copy stays the same.

Use of the site

The published rankings and tool scores on this site may be read for personal, non-commercial use only. Commercial reproduction, scraping, or republication of the comparison tables, resolution numbers, or quota figures in any format requires prior written permission.

Links to the AI image generators themselves are strictly informational. The site earns no affiliate commission on any sign-up or subscription. Clicking through does not affect the published ratings or the order in which tools appear.

All performance data—token limits, image-resolution caps, daily generation quotas, and memory constraints—are taken directly from each provider’s public documentation at the time of last update. The site does not claim to have run its own tests and publishes only those documented figures. Where a provider lists no hard limit for a given metric, the entry reads “not published.”

Users may quote short excerpts with clear attribution and a link back to this page. Full-page screenshots, PDF exports of the rankings, or automated feeds of the data fall outside permitted use and will be treated as violations.

The terms exist to keep the comparison transparent and to prevent the numbers from being repackaged as someone else’s original research. Read them, use the facts, but respect the boundary.

Affiliate links appear in every tool row of the comparison table. Each one is clearly marked with an “affiliate” tag. Clicking it earns us a commission if you sign up or subscribe, yet the ranking order never changes to favor higher-paying partners.

The only column that decides rank is the published performance score. Price, quota, and resolution data are listed for reference; they do not shift placement. When two tools show identical scores the table breaks the tie by monthly active-user count, not by commission rate.

That policy is stated on every row so readers can see exactly how the ordering is built and why a lower-scoring tool never jumps ahead because of a bigger payout.

Liability

The site and its published tool data come with strict liability limits. We make no warranties that any AI image generator, video tool, or chatbot will remain available, produce safe output, or stay within the pricing and quota figures shown. Published numbers can change without notice; the comparison reflects only the documentation that existed on the date each entry was last reviewed.

Users assume all risk when they rely on the data or follow links to third-party services. The site operators and its affiliates will not be liable for lost revenue, content deletion, legal claims arising from generated material, or any other direct or indirect damages. This section exists to state those boundaries plainly before the detailed write-ups that follow.

Changes

These terms can change. The site updates them without notice to individual users. The current version always appears at /terms/ and replaces every prior edition the moment it is published.

Two examples illustrate the point. In 2023 the affiliate-disclosure paragraph grew from one sentence to four after regulators tightened rules on AI-tool review sites. The liability cap section was rewritten six months later when a European data-protection authority began investigating model-output scraping. Neither change was announced by email or pop-up. Visitors simply encountered the revised language on their next visit.

A third case appeared in early 2024. The definition of “published data” expanded to forbid training any large language model on screenshots or scraped tables from the comparison charts. The addition sits two paragraphs above the governing-law clause and carries the same legal weight. Nothing on the page flags that the text differs from the version a user read in December.

Because the tools section of this site ranks exactly zero products, the comparison tables themselves remain empty. That fact does not shield the terms from revision. New restrictions on commercial reuse of the zero-tool ranking could arrive tomorrow and would bind immediately upon posting.

Users bear the responsibility of checking the terms on each visit. Continued browsing after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated rules. No grace period or legacy-version link is provided.
